My name is Scott Pate.  I am married with 2 children.  We live on an acre with 2 dogs and 7 chickens in the Southeast US.  I have been an air filtration technician, server, associate pastor, worship leader, environmental personnel supervisor, and currently work as a catastrophe insurance adjuster since 2005.  I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Pastoral Ministries from a Christian University.  

 

I grew up very active in a large assembly which has become progressive to the point of our recent departure.  It was a painful decision in a way, as we have over 20 years of memories and friendships.  This season of our lives has taken us through some very interesting waters on many levels.  We currently assemble in a garage with 50 other believers and we are growing as the Lord leads us to disciple others.  No lights, smoke, or "worship experience" production.  Just a few believers who want to learn the word of God without the show.  

 

My passion for seeking the truth has developed to a point where I am now... desperate for answers to nagging questions regarding God, life, health, geopolitics...  I'm seeking Truth at every level and will settle for nothing less.  No one person has all the answers.  God created all of us and to each of us he gave talents and gifts.  I look forward to learning from each other as we become "Truth Disciples".
